Photo-shoot Timeline

Week Before

​

  • The week before your shoot you will receive a email confirming all the details you will need, location, time, date and any other information 

  • Your balance will need to cleared by now 

  • Make sure if you haven't yet that you've added a few images to your Pinterest board

  • Get any Beauty treatments you would like done this week, give yourself at least 2 days before

The Night Before

  • Check you have packed everything you need for your shoot, outfits and any props- Double check the Checklist 

  • Make sure you are well and truly pampered; remember to leave your face and hair undone

  • Go to bed early 

  • Make sure you have the address of the venue

Day Of

  • Leave yourself plenty of time for your journey so your not rushing

  • Make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes early so you can chill and relax before the shoot

  • When you arrive at the hotel I will come meet you and we will head up to room together

  • We'll give you some time to get settled and have a glass of bubbly

  • The glam squad will then get to work creating your chosen look this usually takes about 60 - 90 Mins

  • Then we will run through your outfit choices, pick the favorites, match up props etc

  • After a few lighting tests we will start your shoot, your shoot will usually last about 2 half- 3 hours

  • Before you leave we will get another date in the diary for your viewing usually within two weeks of your shoot

Post Shoot

  • About 2 weeks after the shoot me and you will meet up usually over a glass of wine and I will show you all your beautiful photographs

  • If you decide you wish to place an order at the viewing, then your products will be placed on order. Timescale for your finished product will vary depending on the product you've ordered For example an album will take roughly a week longer than a digital package

  • When your product arrives, i will be in touch to let you know your delivery can be expected in the next few days. I always send your products recorded delivery and will  send you the tracking number 

  • Following the end of your journey with Phoenix, I will send you a little email with a client feedback form on for you to fill out it doesn't take long but is super helpful for me to keep improving the Phoenix Experience and to hopefully add some lovely comments to my testimonial page, with your permission obviously
